I have been a vegetarian for more than 20 years and fully vegan for over 7 years now.
I've worked in a variety of settings as a dietitian, including hospitals, ICUs, community centers, stand-alone ERs, and private practice.
I'm passionate about chronic disease prevention and overall wellness through a (mostly) whole food plant-based diet. Through the years, I've helped thousands of patients and clients improve lab work and manage chronic illnesses.
When I'm not working, I love cooking, gardening, organizing, working out, and spending time with my toddler son.
