Bites With Blair, LLC is a virtual private practice providing 1:1 nutrition counseling in Texas. All sessions are completed via Telehealth through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and United Healthcare.

What To Expect From Nutrition Counseling

The initial session lasts about 60 minutes. I will take the time to get to know you and your health history. First, we'll discuss your current eating habits and your nutrition goals in more detail to determine what changes you would like to make. Then we will work through any barriers you may have. I will also provide you with any relevant nutrition education you may need to get on the right track.

Follow-up sessions last about 30 minutes. We will work through any struggles you faced during our time away and determine how to approach them in the future.

You are the expert in your own life. My goal is to be there to support and assist you in making behavior change while providing the science-based nutrition education you need along the way.

Pricing

Initial Session: $160

Follow-Up Session: $80

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and United Healthcare. Please note that insurance plans vary and some plans may not cover nutrition counseling. After you complete new client paperwork, I will verify your insurance benefits prior to the appointment and let you know if the session will be covered and if there will be a copay or deductible required.

*Note: I offer prompt-pay discounts of 20% when paid in full at time of appointment*
